Looking for code for Dynamic Content in Columns

I'm looking for the code to accomplish what this site is doing:

http://www.rockfound.org/library/library.shtml

The column to the right fills according to what text link is click on the left.

I looked for it on this site but can't seem to find it. Would appreciate your help in guiding me in the right direction. I'm assuming its in the Dynamic Content category but I'm not sure
