DHTML Billboard script - separate file

DHTML Billboard script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/dhtmlbillboard.htm)

Is there a way to include the contentwrapper part of the script [id="billboard0" etc] in a separate file that can be modified and upload on occasion?

Unfortunately not without some big tweaks, similar to what I just did with Drop Down Content script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/overlapcontent.htm). If there's enough demand such a feature will be added to this script as well, though there is a backlog of other revisions on other scripts I need to make at the moment.
