Hi, I am trying to add an internal hard drive from my old computer (win 98) to my new computer(XP). Will i run into any trouble, and how do i add it?
You plug it in :p Make sure the jumpers are set correctly though. Diagram on top of drive, usually.

Really shouldn't give you problems. There are about 4 types of hard drives you'd regularly find in use, but I'd expect if you're just going from Windows machines to Windows machine, it'll match and you won't have any problems.
Open box, unplug, note configuration (ie, the plugs go into the slots), then replace into the other box. It's pretty foolproof, unless, of course, something weird comes up.

Except if you want to boot to the Win98 HDD. Then you will need to change the BIOS (usually press F2 during initial boot of computer to get to BIOS, and set both drives as bootable.
Otherwise hit F12 like mad to bring up the boot selection screen so you can choose.
