PHP Editor/syntax highlighter

I was wondering what editors everyone uses for PHP. I am still trying to find that one amazing editor. . . (the eternal quest). I want one that:

is free
highlights syntax
looks nice (none of those eyesores. . . They may work well, but they bug me.)
is easy to use
works on winXP


You get the idea. Anyone know where to find the miracle editor?

Notepad ++ there is none greater. LOL

ANNDDD.. you can go to the notepad ++ site and get add ons, I really enjoy the spell checker add on and there are some others for languages and syntax stuff you may find useful as well.

I agree, it is a really nice editor, which makes me feel dumb for not finding it in the first place. Thanks for all of your help guys.:)
