Floating Menu Script

hello everybody, i'm a begginer and been stuck with the script intergration.. still i can code some php.. the question is how to implement (insert) this dhtml script to a php page in order to get it working.. i tried includes, the menu is holding to the top left and won't move.. please help me.. i guess it's just a code problem
