HI There,

First time iv posted here! Im a I.T Enginneer for a large company in the UK, but when it comes to like codeing and programming im not to strong in!

I have built 2 website for friends of mine, to do with bed & breakfasts. But one of the websites has like a built in form, where people can fill out the text fields and click submit, and it emails a form to a email address with the customers requirments, but i think its a victim of like a bot, or a spider?

Everyday my friend gets like 20 form submits, like 1 minuite gaps from each other with the same date, but different names. Now i dont know how to stop this?

I was wondering if a simple html or equivelent would do to solve it? such as like you know the websites which have "confirm the image to submit the form" ect?

I would appreciate any help with the matter.

Thanks

Twey

There's no HTML way of doing it. Server-side is possible. What server-side language are you using to process the form?

You might consider changing to a new code.
I myself, when using forms, use Jotform.com (www.jotform.com/)

Never have I received spam with it...
