Help With List

I found this code for an active HTML drop down list and I added it to my source and it worked at first when I went back to the design after adding it...but when I went back to the source all these errors popped up making the code not work. Whats the problem? Am I not placing the code in the right spot or what?

You'll need to post your code so that we can see it. Hard to say what's wrong when we can't see the code :)
Also, what version are you using and what is the problem (what happens when you click)?
