Does anyone know of a reliable (read: cheap to free) video -capture application/program/software for Linux?

I am trying to find a better way for some of my game/Flash "tutorials" and I thought video-capture so you can watch me do what I do in a movie would be neat.

I can't find anything for Linux though  Of course I am new to this as I don't usually mess with audio/video so my search terms may be off a bit.

Ideas?

Thanks for that Twey, but it seems it does still shots animated to make the movie effect, I need something more "real time" for a few of the projects, something that basically shows my desktop and what I am doing to it and on it, in real time.

You can set it to record a video. It even exports it directly to Flash.
