problem with height

Hello

I have an example here:

I am unable to get the left column to continue down 100 % if there's extra text in the main content. I need it to continue down to the black footer.

Have tried various height configurations with no luck.

any help is much appreciated

thank you very much - unfortunately I used part of the DD css layout and part of another - so it doesnt quite work.

I'll have to rework everything into the DD layout - but at least i know now that it's a bug. Thanks

of course - now i see the part about the custom layout - i'm blind what can i say - i will try this tomorrow
