Title Time Script

Is there any way to have this cute script display in the title bar as US Eastern time only? I realize at first this question sounds a little nuts, but it's for a small onClick pop-up page that displays my business' hours of operation. So glancing up at the title bar, this would be a way for the person on my site to quickly know what time it actually is Eastern when they initiate an email to customer support. Pretty nifty, I think.
So is it possible? :o
