Hello everybody :) After being a web designer for 6 years I have finally registered my own TLD instead of using a redirection service such as CJB or smartdots. I registered integralbuddha.net (http://whois.domaintools.com/integralbuddha.net) with Optinom (http://www.optinom.com). I'am hosting my website with 000webhost.org and they say the following:

Read this only if you are using full domain hosting:
Point your domain to these nameservers
ns7.000webhost.com - 64.235.54.104
ns8.000webhost.com - 64.235.54.105

so ok I first typed in the first halves and nothing showed up when I tryed to visit my site, then i replaced them with the two IPs shown above and same thing, still nothing worked when I pasted the whole thing ' ns7.000webhost.com - 64.235.54.104 ' / ' ns8.000webhost.com - 64.235.54.105 ' into my domain details. I am very new to registering TLDs and would greatly appreciate help; I'am sure I'am overlooking some minor detail that is common knowledge amongst most of you but theres nothing wrong in being a fool every once in a while. :o

I just sent an email to an email addresse I set up as admin@integralbuddha.net and I was able to recieve it but still the actual website itself is not not coming up one ioata

Best Regards
~Ross

It should work just pasting the IPs where the domain asks for your details. Your webserver also needs to be set up to accept requests for this domain, though.

How do I know if my host is set up for it or not? Please bear with me for I have no idea what I'am getting into.

Probably they'll have an option to manage domains in their control panel or so.

cPanel 3.0 is set up and it says on the left side is written ' integralbuddha.net ' I would take a screenshot but I am on a eMac and don't know how

That doesn't necessarily mean the domain is set up. Ask your host.

cPanel 3? We were up to v10 last I looked :p

Ahh yes, thank you. The domain is working fine now :) Sorry to say I'am almost in a state of euphoria now having a TLD, which I'am sure most designers are with their first :p Its almost like the first time I kissed a girl
