i validated my files and i always get the following error:

Tag name; "embed" not found in currently active versions.[XHTML 1.0 transitional]

this error is pointing to flash. any idea on how to fix it?

Because <embed> is not valid coding. There are ways to put Flash on a site and have it validate. You can find a lot of good tips if you google search "EOLAS Flash fix"
