Hello, this is really great script. Is it possible to turn of loading page in new window when javascript is disabled? Just same like on yahoo page?

Hmm what do you mean, so nothing loads at all when clicking on the tabs if JavaScript is turned off?

Right now, when js is turned off, it opens a page in new window (page that would actually be fetched). The problem is that target page is not formatted properly when open directly in browser.

That (opening the page when javascript is unavailable) is known as degrading gracefully. You can put a stylesheet link on the external page(s). It will be ignored when importing the content, but if the page is launched on its own, the stylesheet link on it will be used to format its content.
