How or Where can I make a Free Web Widget?

Hey,

I need help finding a way to make a web widget or badge. I am trying to make like a button with my name or a picture that my friends can add to their myspace or facebook. I would really love to have the code behind it but if that isn't possible maybe a site where I can make one.
