display:block; problem in FF

notice how in when you select "hide default pic table" in FF it makes the default pic table collide with the contact table? in IE it doesn't do anything (which is how i want it)

does anyone know how to alter the code in FF so it will act like it does in IE?

select "hide default pic table" and then deselect it... see how the contact table collides with the default pic table?

it only happens in firefox
