Modifying openWYSIWYG

I am using ver. 1.4.7 (available here (http://www.openwebware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1391)) with PHP / MySQL to add content to a website I am using. I am having issues with the table portion of openWYSIWYG. I select the border styles I would like to see, generally solid. However, tables always come through with a 'dashed' border.

If possible, I would like to modify openWYSIWYG to ONLY use 'solid #000000' borders instead of the 'dashed #AAAAAA' that keep coming out.

Any help is appreciated.

As I've replied to several questions,

This script is incredibly complex in the way it is written, so any modifications are a huge amount of work. The original creators are also unresponsive, though you might have a better chance if you went through their site.
I'm not sure what to suggest.

It's a powerful script, but basically as-is at this point, as modifications are so difficult.

What a pain.

I like the script, it does everything I need. I was just hoping to there was an easy fix for forcing the borders to be solid.

How difficult do you believe it would be to achieve this with PHP?

Replacing that with PHP wouldn't be all that hard at all, I don't think.
str_replace('find','replace',$string);
Just search for enough info, like all of border=".....", rather than just the value AAAAAA, etc.

However, if you want to look at the source for the JS, that doesn't seem impossible to change in the first place. Do a search for that current value (in notepad, for example, ctrl+f), then just change it. Since this is a value, rather than a functional piece of the code, it may not be hard to change. Changing how the code operates is tough; changing it's content is a bit easier-- hard part there is just finding it.
