Need script for download

I used a php script to make a download but my server is having a proplem, so I need a non php script so I can have my customers download free graphics from my site.

you cannot do it without some type of server-side programming... PHP / ASP etc...

Thank you my SP has both, so I guess I need to contact them, I thought it might be something I'm doing wrong. Thanks Grandy
