FLASH: 1) map api 2) online streaming mp3 player

There are two separate entities I'm trying to integrate into a web portal project. If anyone has suggestions, links, "handoffs" I would be most--MOST greatful.

1) map api - I'm looking for a "guestbook" type mapping tool that is similar to Google or even Bravenet's--BUT I do NOT want to have my map littered with Google branding, nor do I want this tool to be hosted on another server. THOUGHTS?

2) online streaming mp3 player - I'm in search of a very dependable and quick loading online web player that can easily be updated with new songs--I just need the minimal basics when it comes to the interface (play, pause, stop, skip back, skip forward, volume) and buttons. If anyone can point me to some excellent sites, links, etc. etc. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!!!

As for a map guestbook, that will be tough meeting all those demands, unless of course you do all the work yourself. Finding a live updated map for your own personal server? Your kidding right? NO? okay... well take a look around there may be somethig you can work with.
