Pausing RSS scroller

I'm on the hunt for an RSS scroller. I need it to constantly scroll through 10 titles (most of these will be shown at once as the div size will be around 200px x 300px) and descriptions with the ability to link to a new window. When the cursor is placed over the link the scroller pauses. Style controlled by css and not in flash. Any ideas?

Looked at that one but it's not quite what I am after. I am looking for the scroller constantly scrolling until you put the cursor over the headline...then it stops.
