Looking for left/right scroller w/scrollbar

I need to find/buy a horizontal scroller script.

1. scrolls a message from right to left. (editable scroll speed)
2. scroll left/right controls (user can control scroll direction)
3. stop scroll button
4. Has bottom scroll bar (user controls scroll)

any help finding or creating this script would be appreciated.

Start by creating the basic news ticker (http://www.mioplanet.com/rsc/newsticker_javascript.htm)

Then add buttons and controls (http://www.javascript-coder.com/button/javascript-button-p1.phtml) to the buttons, and off you go. :D
