Link = (Bookmarked iframe + go to the url)

Hi all,

It's been awhile since I posted again....had to change my login name...
Anyhoo...i was wondering if there's a particular script or maybe just a work-around to jump from one iframe to another...(if a webpage has two iframes) by clicking a menu link (scrolling) that not only jumps to the iframe but also changes the iframes content (kinda like a back and forth thingie)...uhmmm...:rolleyes:

There might be a much easier work-around to this but...:confused:
