HV Menu positioning

I really like the HV Menu! However I have, what I hope is, a semi-simple question.

If I want to use the horizontal menu it appears that the location is established by specifying specific X-Y coordinates. But if the menu is to go in a Table that is centered on the web page, when the screen resolution changes the X-Y doesn’t follow the table position. I hope that makes sense. How do I code it so that the menu follows the table based on user’s resolution setting?

See the explanation of TargetLoc which can be found about halfway through config.htm (the documentation file that comes with the menu).
