Phishing filter is checking this site

While browsing some sites show the following message at the bottom of the browser "Phishing filter is checking this site" and a small animation of loading keeps on running and the page is never fully downloaded. That means if I am calling any script on "onload" of BODY that will never run.

How can I correct this without turning the phishing filter off?

What browser/filter?
It is informing you of its activity; I have no idea if you can turn off this report, but it may just stay like that, unless you disable it.
