Looking for Video thing

Hi , im new to these forums so probly cant explain what i need well lol :(

ok i need a script so on my site people can upload a video and it will go into the correct section what they want there video uploaded to , check out www.runescapevideos.net for exampe .

help would be greatly appreciated.
