About Us
We are a small Australian based IT firm currently offering web development and branding services to small businesses. Many of our clients request a small-medium level of flash on their website.

Position
Flash Developer

Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Flash/Actionscript Developer to take on part time contract work over the next 6+ months. You will work via email/skype/IM reporting directly to the project manager. You will be working on mostly small flash movies/applications/intros, however, the occasional large project will come up, (we have one large project in waiting).

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be motivated and proactive, and possess the following skills:
Strong knowledge of Flash 8/9 and Actionscript
Strong graphic design fundamentals (real industry experience preferred)
Experience with 3d technologies such as Swift3D
Experience integrating with server side programs/scripts/databases
A good sense of humour (essential)

Duration
On going

Rate
$20 USD/hour (negotiable dependent on skill)

Payment
Upon completion of each pre-agreed milestone.

At this point I'd also like to mention that we are particularly looking for those candidates who can demonstrate a high level of graphic design/animation talent using Flash, and not just Actionscript skill. This position is suited for someone with the ability to develop visually appealing flash websites/intros rather than those who's primary talent is concentrated around the programming/actionscript side of things.
