I want a free templates (http://freetemplates.webdesigningcompany.net/) that a designer can create. A template file should be an HTML file without any PHP, ASP or other code in it. Blogger uses regular tags that a designer doesn't mind. But once you start getting into code,
They can easily muck things up

If your looking for someone to make you a template its going to cost money and go look at devoloper sites where there looking for customers, also, if you are looking a blog, blog uses php and other codes is becuase thats how it was made.

just tell you your out of luck...

you might be able to make a blog out of a flat file system.. but php is the best..
