Frontpage Includes with CSS

I use MS Frontpage and I am redesigning my site in CSS. Is it ok if i still use my frontpage includes for my header and footer, etc. Or is there a way to use CSS to easily change texts and links on all the pages? Thank you!

can you elaborate on exactly what you want to do. there is an assortment that css can and cannot do, but it depends heavily on what you are trying to do.
