Time Picker???

Hey all new to this site and wanted to see if I could get some help from you all. I am, have been looking searching the web for a "Time Picker" now I have been able to find tons of Date/Time Pickers but I am in need for only a Time picker can anyone help me with this, maybe some code to help me out I am still very new to JS and am not real sure whaere to start.

OK sorry for that what I am looking for is something to the effect of this http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/script2/tengcalendar.shtml yet I only need to be able to choose time, I would love to have a clock graphic in a popup window where a user could infact select a time. So user clicks a link opens a popup selects a time and that inturn populates a form field with the choosen time non 24hr format like 1:30 PM or 5:00 PM, does that make sense???
