Behaviors doesn't show

Hi Guys,

I created a behavior on my page (mouseover). It works nicely when i veiw it on my hard disk. but once i load it on the server i can't see it!

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

There is a timeline image on the top right hand side which has a simple popup menu which says Product Development timeline.

I know there are other ways to get it but i just what to know why it is not working?
