Ajax XML ticker (txt file)

Hi There,

I am using Ajax XML ticker (txt file) and all is working fine except that when I burn the site to cd, The Ajax XML ticker (txt file) does not show its content. It just sits there showing "Initializing ticker..." The content file is being referenced like this:
var xmlfile="tickercontent.txt" //path to ticker txt file

The file sits in the root of the site but I cannot think why I can't reference the content file.

Any help would be appreciated.

So the problem occurs when you try to view the web pages directly on the CD, offline? In IE, Ajax can only be run when it's online, so this won't work, at least not in IE. In Firefox, it does, however.
