MC_Tween with window resize Help.

I am trying to accomplish the same effect as the follwing website when you resize the window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Right now my swf is centered via css, but want to figure out how to get this tween effect to work. I know I need to create a background mc to be able to fill the enitre browser and then somehow use mc_tween to animate the centering of my content via another mc upon window resize.

I am fairly new to flash.
