Billboard w/ other Script Causes IE7 to Jump to the Top

1) Script Title: DHTML Billboard Script

3) Description: I am using the DHTML Billboard Script on a page that also has a drop-down style menu with body onload event. When viewing this page in IE7, every time the billboard switched to the next, the page jumps to the top. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to stop this?
