Looking for help with a script to do status reports.

I think your site is great! Lots of neat tools.

I am looking for a script that will allow me to setup status reports for my employees.

I just wanted to be able to have them fill out a given form and then have then have the
output emailed to a given email address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and if I posted in the wrong place then sorry for that.

So, basically you just want a form mail script. You could try looking around the forums or Google for one that suites your needs, or make up the form and one of us could make the script that would work. You need to make sure that you do have a server side scripting language installed on your server in order for this to happen though.
