Hey all,
thanks for taking the time to read this. I have a small problem and im just asking for advice on how to get this figured out. I have a database from a client in an sql file which was originally hosted on a 4.1.12 version mysql database. The hosting provider's MySQL version is 4.4.1 and they will not revert or change it to another version. My problem is i dont know how to convert an sql file to the new version so that the database will work on the newever mysql. i get errors related to the syntax all the time.
any tips?
