Image w/ Description - Remove Description?

3) Describe problem: I'm trying to completely remove the tooltip and and part of the borders/background, although keep running into problems on my own. Not a big JS guru =) Anyone know how to do this?

Do you mean remove the text portion of the tooltip? You can do so within the array holding the tooltips:


messages[0] = new Array('red_balloon.gif','Here is a red balloon on a white background',"#FFFFFF");

Emptying the 2nd parameter so it's just a empty string ('') should do it.

There's still some background behind the image. I'm trying to get rid of the part of the script that has the "tip" because it won't let me manually turn that off.

If you're talking about making the background of the tooltip transparent, you can do that as well within each tooltip array element:


messages[0] = new Array('test.gif','',"transparent");
