News Ticker Error (PHP MySQL)

Hey guys, Im a bit stuck with a ticker Im trying to get working on one of my websites, Im not ultra slick at PHP or MySQL so maybe some of you guys can help me out.

I started with this ticker, then changed some of the details so the content can be managed with a simple CMS form.

I had a small ammount of test text in the fields. eg "Test 1" and that worked fine, now when I add the full content ("Martin H Mixes of Lustral 'I Don't Know Who I Am' up next in very very limited vinyl run - Out 17.09.07 ) the ticker will no longer display.

I haven't got a clue whats making the problem, I thought it may for be been certain characters like '-+... But this is not the case.
