portal script?

Hi, I am Barthayn and I am hoping to get a portal script here from you guys. I know what I may be asking could be a risk for your site, if it is, please than write me another code just like your portal on your home page. where it is "Online Tools". I want a portal like that where the sub links are in >'s or *'s or something that looks like it. if that is not possible for you guys. can you make me a portal script where its like this

The ---- and ||| are the lines from the box. if it is possible too can it be gray or black?

I am requesting this because I think it will be a good portal / nav code to add to your site and plus I have been looking for a precoded one like the ones I requested for weeks.

P.S. if a code to keep all text no matter how short my portal/nav is, and how long the page is from the text. can you tell me about it, is also on your homepage as well.

So let me get this straight, your trying to make a menu for your site, which advertises other sites??? if so then do you have something you want it to be like *like from a certain site...* because if i'm also reading this right, you willing to advertise our sites if so I can design one... But if this isn't what your talking about then I have no idea what you are talking about...

No, I am not making a website that will advertise other websites. I just want a nav style like yours and nothing else.
