More problems with my background image!

My background image is 1500 pixels across because it cannot be repeated and I want it to fit in all browser windows. I thought if it was to large for the window it would only cut it off. Which is fine I just want it to go all the way across. Now, for some reason, it resizes the image to less than the window's width. Is that normal? Is there any way around it?

I can't really see the problem you are describing. it looks like its working the way its supposed to for me... ?

Your background image is only 1023X341.

Ah, the problem was that I had uploaded it to a temporary file storage site so I wouldn't take up space on my server if I didn't have to. I didn't realize that the storage site had a resolution limit and auto resized my image without telling me.

Problem solved.
