So I am trying to use the DHTML Tip Message:

for the site:
http://newsalesparadigm.com/newsite/index2.html
Unfortunately, I can't get it to work right in Firefox or if I scroll the page. It only works in IE if I don't scroll. Can someone help me with a way so that this works? If not, is there another script I can use that would do the pop-out box for me?
