ul tag not allowed here.

In the process of getting my site validated I have this one remaining error on this page. I am going to post a link to the validator page as this seems to be the easiest way to show you my problem. By and large the validator has helped me clean up a great deal of my site. I don't plan on doing much else coding wise till I can get the rest of my site validated.

You have the ul tag inside of a span tag, which you cannot have. Try closing the other span tag just before opening the ul tag on this line:
