Wormhole

I have a friend who wants me to create a site for him that when he clicks on a link, you are taken through a wormhole. He saw the movie Contact w/ Jodie Foster and now wants that wormhole effect on his page. I have found a few java applets but they are very small and once increased in size, are clunky. Does anyone have any ideas? I thought maybe upon clicking the link, a flash would play??? I am at a loss and am hoping someone has an idea.

Uh do you have flash available? Or are these files your friends or something?

Because if you have flash you can have it a button and when clicked it can start movie and then when it reachs the end of the wormhole *if ever since everything in there becomes an infinate smallness (1/16-1/32-1/64... etc"everymilisecod") but then it changes the page to the index or what ever the home page is...
