Invoking links with mouseover in frames

I have a web page which is divided into 3 frames (header, navbar and main). I need some code (probably javascript) that will cause one page to be displayed in the main frame when the mouse is over an item in the navbar frame, and a different page to be displayed if the navbar item is clicked.

Can anyone help?
