Java script ad scroller

I would like to get the same effect of the page below. Where the images or content scrolls on it's own or you can control it.

Does anyone know of any turtorials or scripts that could help me get this same technology.

maybe you can try to find some free resouce on google, if you don't want to do some code job, you may google Javascript web scroller, then you can do it.
