I'm wanting to develop a menu that function like the nav on the site listed below:

http://hr.ou.edu/ (http://hr.ou.edu/)

When you click on the header it goes to the page and then expands the submenu for the related links of the page. Thus, it will not collapse the menu when you click the header again, it will just go to the home page of the header. Is the Switch Menu II able to be customized to achieve this, or do I need to go with a different script?

That effect is accomplished without any javascript. They are all separate pages, with several in each category having identical looking menus.

I realize that the sample page I provided was not done in javascript but I still am looking for a way to make it behave the same way in one easily updated file.
The site I'm working on is very likely to add new pages and I wanted a way to update the navigation in one place across the whole site. Is there another solution to achieve this effect?
