Announcement script

I remember seeing this script before on the site, but can not find it now, maybe one if you can help me please.

I need an HTML script will words simply go from right to left on the screen

For firefox, and internet explorer- it should not take up the whole screen, it will be simple.


Kind of like this:

Testing 1 2 3

Except "Testing 1 2 3" would move to the right and once it is out of the screen it would reload again and go move right
