Send image as attachment

Hi there

I'm very new to this... I want to create a form where a user can upload an image and then it is sent to me as an attachment via e-mail.
I've googled it, but just get results that involvle ASP.
Is there any really simple way to do this?

No. There are other server side solutions besides asp though.
