I tried on my localhost and still doesn't work... does it have to be live on the internet or something?

Neither scripts need to be run online to work. Do you have a URL to the problem page?

I do not... I've tried this with firefox, and it works great actually... but with ie is something else...

When you say "working together", do you mean the two scripts merely being on the same page, or have you merged them somehow? That's why a URL would help.

I basically put the scrolling script inside the pagination script so one of the tabs that has pictures, and those pictures get scroll... but when you go to another tab and go back to it, it's gone... only in IE.. but firefox, it works like a charm.

I did some testing, and can confirm the problem. I'm not sure there's an easy fix though. Basically it looks like in IE, some bug in causing images to not show up when wrapped in a container set up similar to the cMotion's. The HTML for cMotion btw looks like this:

<div id="motioncontainer" style="position:relative;overflow:hidden;">
<div id="motiongallery" style="position:absolute;left:0;top:0;white-space: nowrap;">

<nobr id="trueContainer"><a href="javascript:enlargeimage('dynamicbook1.gif')"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a> <a href="javascript:enlargeimage('dynamicbook1.gif', 300, 300)"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a> <a href="http://www.dynamicdrive.com"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a> <a href="#"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a> <a href="#"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a> <a href="#"><img src="dynamicbook1.gif" border=1></a> <a href="#"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a> <a href="#"><img src="dynamicbook1.gif" border=1></a> <a href="#"><img src="http://www.cssdrive.com/gallery/poweredbygamespy.gif" border=1></a></nobr>

</div>
</div>

The images above are wrapped in two DIV (relative than absolute DIVs). The bug pops up when the above HTML is inserted in a virtual page that's initially hidden. If you put the HTML on the first virtual page instead, you'll see that they show up just fine. If I come up with something after a bit of tinkering, I'll let you know, though you should probably look at using another slideshow (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/dhtmlslide.htm) within the Virtual Pagination script that doesn't use a complex containership like in cMotion.
