3) Describe problem: I would like to put a text description under each image in the slideshow. Is there an easy way to do this please?
I am really impressed with this script, it does everything I wanted from a slideshow script.

Easy way? With that script it would require a rewrite, which is essentially what was done in creating:

Swiss Army Image slideshow (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/swissarmy/index.htm)

which does support captions.
