Have you looked through all of the scripts available on DD? If not, definitely look at those. If you have and can't find anything, then what do you need, exactly? The graphics are a bit fancier on there than the DD scripts, but I don't see too much that is that much better.

If you want one that's EXACTLY like the one you posted, you'll have to venture into the wonderful world of Flash, Actionscript & XML.
