1) Script Title: RSS Display Boxes

2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex18/rssdisplaybox/index.htm

3) Describe problem:
I'm getting the following warning:

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to www.toledobend.com:80 in /nfs/cust/1/02/30/803201/web/simplepie/simplepie.inc on line 2238

The page is located at www.toledobend.com/home9.php

Everything was working fine. All I did was change the feed url's in the main.php file. Now I'm getting this warning. When it was working, the feed was coming from an external site. Now, I have it coming from a forum script within my site and I'm getting tis warning.

Update: I just spoke with my web hosting provider. They said they don't support rss feeds! I'm changed hosts 3 times already and I haven't even launched the site yet! Can anyone recommend a good hosting provider?

Thank you.

To be more specific, I think your web host means it has disabled PHP's fsockopen() function, which is required by this script to fetch and host the RSS feed in question. Most hosts that I know of don't have this limitation, for example, Site5 (http://www.site5.com) of Liquidweb (http://www.liquidweb.com). Or you can consider using a RSS display script that doesn't require that you host any files yourself, such as gAjax RSS Displayer (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex18/gajaxrssdisplayer.htm).
